The size of this mini fridge is perfect for my space. The mfg. makes the most of the available capacity for storage and it does a great job cooling things down quickly and quietly. Also, when I reached out to their service for potential shipping damage, they were very helpful and offered an extended warranty. This beverage fridge was in our garage for a while since my husband and I did a kitchen remodel. Tyzla support sent an email, shortly after it got delivered, just to see if we liked the fridge. At the time, it wasn't installed so I replied saying I'd get back to them. Once we installed it, it was quite unlevel against the cabinets and the fridge door was slightly askew. I wanted to return it, but it was such a big purchase and the return window had passed since our remodel took longer than anticipated. It just didn't look good, at first. We were quite disappointed so I sent support an email to see what could be done. Long story short, I was forwarded to two people who were able to give instructions, with pictures and video, on how to adjust the fridge door by readjusting the screws and twisting the bottom levelers to make it align more with our cabinets. It looked pretty good after that. After using it for a few weeks now, it works great. Shelves are adjustable, and it keeps our drinks quite cool! I don't usually write reviews, but the support folks were responsive, courteous, and helpful and made this purchase for us one that we did not regret.

Just arrived yesterday, seems to be working fine so far but all 3 rear sides arrived very dented. Doesn't matter much for people planning to install it under a counter, but still hurts its resale value and could damage the internals.
I'm happy to report this refrigerator is what I was expecting. Upon arrival, the outside of the box was torn on one side, although it was very well secured and packed inside, so it didn't matter. Product was in good shape and looks great! One of the selling features we liked was the ability to remove the "feet" so it could fit into our under counter opening for a built-in look. Plus the modern style handle that matches our kitchen appliances. It appears to be a decent size bigger than our last fridge and fits perfectly into the opening when removing the feel. The temperature took a day or two to get down into the high 30's consistently and appears to be fairly stable since. The overall noise is low and not a problem to have running while we watch television. Probably turns on about every 5 to 10 minutes to hold temperature in the high 30's/low 40's. Also, the handle was easy to install. I suggest having another person assist in getting the fridge into the house and into place. Look forward to this lasting a long time. Fingers crossed!
This is great. Perfectly fit the dishwasher space under our countertop to add a fridge to our bar. Well built and all the shelves are spaced for cases of drinks.
Whoa! I love love love this beverage fridge. I used to have a a different fridge upstairs ( it was 12 year old mini fridge) and was in the market for replacing it since it would make loud popping sounds at random times day & night waking my infant.
Anywho, this comes with a big price tag, but man it’s worth it ! t’s so quiet and I can barely tell it’s running in the hallway. It has a light that you touch to turn on, and if you forget to turn it off it does go out on its own. This comes with multiple racks that you can choose to use & they also interlock once set so they don’t accidentally pull out causing your beverages to fall or whatever you intend to use it for. This fridge also comes with a lock! So In the event you need to lock it for alcohol & children or maybe those with underlying medical reasons you have that option.
It does come with stainless steel handle that’s not required to be mounted and it does appear you can change the door direction ( it would require you to unscrew the door).
This arrived well packed and and has some tape throughout the door ( they made pull tab with the tape adhered for easy removal). Final thing to add is It’s super heavy so have someone help you move it !
This beverage refrigerator is so awesome. It has a stainless steel finish and a long grab handle in front. The glass door allows us to easily see when we need to resupply. It is a perfect fit in our outdoor kitchen island. The shelves can be adjusted to different heights to allow for the variety of drinks. The thermostat is easy to control. So it can be used as a wine fridge as well.

DO NOT purchase this refrigerator. The thermostat fluctuates >6 degrees, despite keeping the refrigerator stocked and the door closed. Also, the seal does not suction like my many other refrigerators I have used. I have two Tylzas - this one is not functioning properly. The other one I have is. Customer service - PLEASE email me back and make this right!!
The fridge I initially bought stopped working after about 10 months. I contacted customer service and they agreed to send a replacement.
Refrigerator cooler fit perfectly under my countertop. The functionality is great and it’s definitely good value for the money. The unit is not silent but it’s comparable to most other brand coolers. Definitely happy with my purchase!
After posting a review I was contacted. I was told a replacement would come in 4/29/22. Since then I have called and emailed and no response at all. We installed and the frig stopped working less than four weeks later. Entire computer panel just went blank. Still trying to resolve as it is under warranty but would not purchase again
As an update the customer service person contacted me. The one I ordered was on back order but they were able to replace it and I received a replacement this week that works great. I do want to commend the customer service for staying in touch to ensure we received a product that worked.
We had a problem with our fridge after having it a few months & they were WONDERFUL about trying to problem solve and then replace WITHOUT charging us a thing. Will buy from them again!
This beverage cooler is awesome!! Ready to go, just plug it in. We are amazed with how quiet it is! Some reviews said it was loud, if yours is loud something is wrong because this fridge is so quiet. It holds all of our beverages from pop and tea (like the big jugs even) to beer. The handle was a little tricky but my husband watched a YouTube video for how to install it and it was good to go in minutes. This fridge is exactly what we wanted and a great price too! Very attentive seller too to make sure we were all set.

The refrigerator chills to 37 degrees as advertised. Also, customer service is interested in receiving feedback and improving the customer experience. Sara, in particular, is customer friendly and extremely helpful.
I was missing the keys and Mark from Tylza was very helpful and got back to me with a quick response.

I purchased the single door, single cooling zone 24" beverage refrigerator. It arrive ahead of schedule and intact. Packaging was "bumped and bruised' but the appliance inside was unscathed. After unpacking I allowed it to acclimate for 48hours before plugging it in. It has worked exactly as it was designed for the past three months. After placing it in it's location in my pantry, I decided it would be better to have the door swing open from the right to the left instead of the reverse as it had arrived. The company's Customer Support point man is Mark. He was amazingly helpful, friendly and efficient. He helped me through that process and made it almost effortless. Everything Mark said he would do happened when and how he said it would happen. That is a rarity today! He was a wonderful resource both pre-and post sale. Tylza is very lucky to have him on their staff. Love the appliance, and the post-sale experience. Painless experience all the way around!
I like this fridge because it keeps all my drinks cold! The noise is low, most of all what called my attention is that you have the option of setting the temperature, I’ve had it fir a month, and it’s working great!! I would recommend it!!
