Definitely a good buy, the size was smaller than my last model, however the ice capacity is about the same there is less water retention than before and the ice cubes are larger functions very well I also like the ease of cleaning as it is self cleaning
This little machine pumps the ice out. I hooked it to our RO system and plumbed it to a condensation drain line that was running behind. We have found our best setting is the +3 minutes. Large clear cubes. There are "sheets" of ice, but we bag it and drop it on the ground and they break up.
Easy to use, excellent value for the price. The ice cubes last all day at work in my water bottle.
As per my previous review of this product,posted a couple of months ago, I gave this product a single star since it began shutting down randomly after only 3-4 months of use. The return date had passed and I felt I was stuck with it .
A few weeks after posting that review , Tittla initiated a email contact offering to refund my purchase price or send me ,at their expense, another ice maker. I opted for another identical ice maker since I liked the machine when working properly. By the way they didn't request that I return the defective ice maker.
It has been about a week since placing the new one in service and so far so good.
I'm not sure that the new machine won't eventually exhibit the same glitch of the first one, but I got to hand it to Tittla,they stepped up to the plate for their product and did more than expected. Because of that I'm changing my rating to 4 stars.
