Even short exposures to temperature extremes can cause wine to age poorly as unwanted chemical reactions are created. For these reasons, a cellar is the ideal environment for aging wine.

What is the best way to store white and red wines in the same cooler?

Typically, white wines should be stored in the temperature range of 41-55°F and red wines will be stored between 55-64°F. The best way to accommodate both wines within the same unit is to purchase a dual zone wine cooler.

What shipping methods are available?

We ship via UPS/FEDEX/Amazon logistics in the continental United States, and will be delivered to the carrier within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will send you the shipping details by email. Please keep the phone open so that you will not miss the package.

How long will I receive the unit?

According to statistics, the average delivery time of UPS/FEDEX/Amazon logistics is 3-5 days, depending on the distance between your address and the warehouse. On the odd occasion, there may be issues out of our control that means we cannot deliver, such as: vehicle issues, traffic, staff illness, bad weather etc.


If this happens, we will contact you to inform you, and then reschedule the delivery time according to your calendar.

Would you be able to ship a P.O. Box/APO address?

As of now,goods ordered can't be shipped to P.O.boxes and/or APO/FPO

What do I do if my goods are harmed, damaged or faulty upon delivery?

Orders and Returns

When will you process my purchase order?

After we have successfully received payment for the goods you ordered, you will receive an email confirming payment after purchase. Next, your order request will be processed within 3 days after the transaction is completed, and our warehouse will deliver the package to the carrier.

How to check the status of my order?

After you have successfully paid, we will send you a confirmation email to inform your order status or contact our support email (support@itylza.com) to check the status for you. If the package leaves the warehouse, we will send you a tracking number so that you can check the location of the package. Be sure to check your inbox or spam folder to avoid missing emails.

What happens if I cancel or return my order? 

Once Tylza accepts your cancellation/return, Tylza will cancel any future scheduled payments and refund any due. If the goods are already in transit, please contact us after rejecting the package and we will process the refund for you.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

How do I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (except for defective products), you can return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Please keep the box when you receive the package. When you return it, you need to pack the parts and the goods in the package together. We will send you the return RMA label and deliver it to the carrier for transportation.
