15" Single Zone 130-Can Beverage Refrigerator (TYBF1001) - Tylza

This beverage cooler is the perfect addition to my coffee/wine bar! It fit perfectly into the space under the counter! Contrary to what was stated in some of the other reviews, this unit is not noisy. It gets very cold, which is an A plus for me! I am able to store my milk, coffee creamer and other beverages with no issues. The lock is also a great feature, especially if you have little ones who love getting into everything! I have zero complaints. I absolutely love it!

Awesome customer service. I ordered 2 mini fridges and 1 wine refrigerator from the same seller.. Fridges are very spacious, functional and my items stay cold! Super responsive with any questions you may have, 5 stars..

Lisa and Team were quite supportive. I had an issue with the delivery, I reached out to them. They were extremely quick in their response and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
Additionally, I love the fridge! Eventually, it will go under the counter, but until then, it’s a great looking appliance!

After I had a minor issue with my fridge, Lisa with the companies customer service group, was able to walk me through trouble shooting steps and fix my problem.

Perfect size for our room that fits all our beverages. The temperature can be adjusted to how you want it. Has built in LED lights and adjustable feet. Love that there is an option to use the safety lock on it as well. This is energy efficient and very quiet. The shelving is perfect for a variety of different size beverages as well which was a plus for me.

This is a very stylish looking unit. Fits in our bar perfect and hold wine and beer in volume.

Customer service is excellent. We had an issue and the timely response is very impressive and done with respect.

The beer and sodas have been ice cold which is impressive. Lighting is adjustable and bright. Easily moved by myself. For the cost I’d say it’s worth every penny.

The Tylza double drawer refrigerator is a very good value. The drawers have good capacity and the unit keeps our items cold. The temperature setting is accurate. We use it under our kitchen coffee bar to keep coffee additives cold, and for soda and beer storage. The unit is quiet.

I really like my new Wine Cooler . It holds 154 bottle, and Lisa from customer service for the manufacturer was incredibly helpful prompt on her responses and very nice

The refrigerator was slightly damaged in shipment. I called Amazon, and they offered a complete replacement if I box it back up and return the refrigerator. This would have been very difficult for me as the refrigerator weighed about 100 pounds and the packing was damaged when unboxing.

I reached out to the manufacturer and Lisa was super helpful. She arranged to ship a replacement panel for the front of the refrigerator, and it was very easy to install. She was very attentive on follow and made sure the package was delivered quickly. She provided superior service.

The refrigerator itself would only get 4 stars from me because beer bottles won't fit upright, but they do provide an interior moveable partition to organize the bottle on their side. In the end I added the extra star because of Lisa's help.

My refrigerator was beginning to get a little crammed so I decided to get this to store only beverages. Seems to work well. Looks nice and keeps my drinks cold. No issues with shipping or setup. Based on other people's reviews, I don't expect this fridge to last more than a year but that's ok as this is only a temporary solution to my problem.

There's a major flaw with the lock design. The supplied key is not necessary to lock or unlock the fridge. A 7mm Allen wrench will do the trick so I'd be careful leaving alcohol around older teens as they might be able to figure it out and gain access. I have no use for the lock, so this will not affect me but I thought I should mention this.

I purchased the Tylza beverage cooler and was initially impressed with its sleek design and efficient cooling. However, after delivery, I noticed that the hinge was broken, and about a year later, the fan became very loud. Despite these issues, I have to commend Tylza for their outstanding customer service. They quickly addressed both problems—replacing the hinge right after delivery and fixing the fan when it became noisy. The support I received was prompt and professional, and they made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Because of their commitment to customer care, I would definitely buy another unit from Tylza. Their dedication to standing behind their product has earned my trust. Highly recommended!

The refrigerator is very much as described and looks great installed in our butler's pantry. What really impressed me was how well I was able to resolve a problem when one developed.

After about 6 months with everything working great, a clicking sound began to develop in the machine when the compressor was running and it continued to get louder. I reached out to Tylza through Amazon about the issue. They quickly sent some troubleshooting video links to me and put me in touch with Lisa who would further assist me.

After sending Lisa a video, they diagnosed the problem as a bad cooling fan. Lisa sent me a new cooling fan free of charge and a video on how to install it.

I was able to install the new fan and everything is working well again and very quiet.

So far I'm very pleased with this beverage refrigerator.

Bought this cooler beginning of winter 2023. It’s worked well so far. All buttons work and it keeps drinks cold as it’s supposed to. Within the last couple weeks (March 2024) the exterior of the glass door has started to build up a lot of condensation. If I wipe it off it takes a few hours but it’s back to where it was. Correspondence with customer support suggests it could be a difference in fridge temp and exterior temp, among a couple other things. After doing the suggested troubleshooting like tightening the door hinges and checking the rubber gasket, it is still an issue. So it seems that if you use this cooler as intended even in a climate controlled space, you will have constant condensation until winter and the difference between inside the cooler and outside the cooler is reduced. For me in spring, home set temp of 71 and cooler temp of 39 causes this condensation. Temp set at 74 is even worse and the condensation is so bad it drips down the front of the door into the metal edging that borders the glass and onto the floor. Super disappointing and would not recommend. They couldn’t make a product with a glass door that doesn’t do this at reasonable temperature, when we all know that it’s possible and see products like this that work fine. I blame this particular product/brand and find that for the price it shouldn’t be an issue. At time of this review/photo, the temp in the house is 68, so the condensation in pic is less severe.

I purchased this wine cooler for its capacity and dissensions. It fits perfectly in the space I wanted to use it.
The compressor is specifically specified for continuous use as a wine cooler. It has twin circulation fans that help it be more efficient. This efficiency was not well described in the owners manual. After setting up the cooler per the instructions i set the temperature that I wanted to hold in the cabinet. After several days of trials, I learned that the optimum temperature set-point to maintain 55-F was 3 degrees cooler than my desired temperature. I contacted Tylza customer service and Lisa responded to my email inquiry. She requested I provide pictures and a full description of my concern, which she shared with Tylza engineers. The result was that I learned the lower temperature set pint is one way that the wine cooler is energy efficient. After the high efficient compressor achieves the lower set point temperature, the twin fans keep the air circulating as the cooler warm slightly - by 3-F in my case. This offset actually saves energy by letting the compressor only run intermittently. All communication between Tylza staff and myself was very quick. I was very happy to learn more about how my wine cooler was supposed to work. I recommend the Tylza wine cooler to anyone who needs a dependable cooler to store their wine collection.

After several delivery attempts, finally received a Tylza wine and beverage cooler 24 inch that wasn't damaged during shipping. The cooler looks very nice under the kitchen counter and working just fine for now. Does have a little humm to it when the compressor is running, but not bad. The unit does have a temperature gradient from top to bottom. The control temperature setting and display is near the top, so the top shelf is what the temperature is reading. As you go down, the temperature is a little warmer, as the bottom shelf is several degrees warmer than the reading. Put white wines on top and reds on bottom and you're fine. Same for beverages, colder stuff on top. Because of these minor issues, I give the cooler 4 stars. However, the customer service was great, very punctual and helpful during my ordeals. They even extended my warranty, so I give them a five star rating.

Had some issues with some clicking sounds form this unit. Customer service has been very thorough working through the issue and sending replacement parts as needed. While over all the fridge is noise than I would like the support from Tyzla has been very good.

I purchased this wine/bev cooler back in October of 2022. By June of 2023—the fan component died on me—and my extended warranty (for 2 years) would not cover the issue until after the 1 year manufacturers warranty lapsed, so I reached out to Tylza. The first attempt to aid me resulted in getting a replacement part (the cooling fan) in the mail — along with an email that had video instructions on how to repair the broken part at home. While this isn't an easy task for everyone, I was up to the challenge and made the repair. The issue persisted after the replacement part, so Tylza then sent me a new wine/bev refrigerator to address the unknown issue. Their customer service team (which is an overseas group) was timely, efficient, thorough and very easy to work with. They honestly put other American companies to shame with how good they are at handling customer needs. I would have no doubt about buying a Tylza product in the future. Highly recommended!

Amazon shipped the wrong model number. I made a phone call to Tylza and they we very apologetic. The correct model was shipped out that same day and the wrong model was picked up by UPS the next day. Tylza appointed a specific person in customer service for me to work with to make sure everything was delivered and working correctly. The wine and beverage refrigerator looks awesome in my space. I haven’t fully loaded it yet, due to kitchen remodel. I went by the dimensions listed on the specifications. Not sure if the height included the adjustable feet. The refrigerator ended up being a 1/4- 1/2 taller than I expected. I had to make some adjustments so that I had a little space between countertop and refrigerator. Very little noise when running. Would recommend this product.

This item was just what I wanted. It is a perfect fit for under my counter. It did arrive with a dent in the top from shipping mishandling but it is not seen as it is under the countertop. Only issue is the door tends to not stay closed all the way and you have to be intentional with making sure the door is CLOSED.

This frig is holding my wine, spirits, water, sodas....the 3 shelves are adjustable so you can make it your own. I had some taller soda bottles so I decided to remove one shelf for now. Fits right where our trash compactor used to be and looks great. I LOVE IT! So far it has maintained a cold temp of around 34-35. Customer service is good and I appreciated Mark and the TYLZA team taking care of me. Definitely recommended this company to my friends and family. Thank you.
