Before I bouhgt this unit, I tried two other cooler which I had to return because they do not hold the temperature correctly. This unit is excellent in temp control and also suprisingly quiet.I also like the blue LED light that create nice illumination on the bottles inside. I am very happy with it and hope it serves me for long time. Highly recommend.
We recieved it 5 days ago. The panel was not glued in, but it was sticky. So we put it where it belong but it keeps separating everyday.We could use different glue, but I think I’ll return.Also handle came scratched/bent
This is a quiet, well-designed, and attractive addition to our new bar. We selected this unit because it was dual-zone with stainless steel shelves (most are wood). My chief complaint is that it is minimally adjustable up 34”, leaving a 1/2” gap under our standard 36 inch countertop (there are brands that adjust up to 34.5 inches). Also, it takes a long time to cool. I can’t attest to the unit’s longevity, as we just received it. My review is based on my initial experience described above.Update: I called Amazon 3 days after receiving it because both zones would not drop below 60 degrees F. I opted to have the unit replaced with a new one, as I like the unit. As always, Anazon was helpful. Have had the new unit now for one month. It cools quickly to the desired temperatures and is quiet. I’m happy for now and hope it lasts.

We have had this wine cooler for about 2 months and couldn’t be happier! We used it to replace an old under the counter trash compactor from the 1980’s in a recent kitchen remodel. We knew we wanted one with a condenser vs an electric fan, because we had an electric one years ago and while it was far cheaper, that one was super loud. This one is whisper quiet (more quiet than our new refrigerator), and cools to the desired temperature very quickly. The only thing I’d point out is if you try to set the red wine zone above 62 degrees and the white zone below 40, it struggles to get the white zone low enough. We ran the red zone down to 60 and can now maintain 40 in the white zone easily. Very pleased with this unit, especially for the much lower cost than some of the other condenser units out there. It has exceeded our expectations and we could not ask for anything more!
Nice unit that fit perfectly in the spot where our old trash compactor used to reside. This was a holiday gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it, but the upper zone stopped working after 9 months. The fan in the upper zone does not work any longer, so either the upper fan or the upper thermostat have failed. I have contacted Phiestina customer service to get the problem resolved, and I will update this review later o.
The wine cooler arrived on schedule in packaging that would seem to make it all but impossible for the product to be damaged in shipping. Everything about the cooler feels solid. I attached the handle and slid the unit into the 15" space I created and pre-wired under my new kitchen counter. The funny thing is, the cooler was only a little more expensive than the cabinet that would have gone in its place under the original remodel plan. Right now it's just cooling bottled water, but that will change as soon as the project is done!
Very happy with my Phiestina wine cooler. It fits perfectly in the space between two cabinets. I have been through 3 wine coolers in the past that were back vented that only lasted 2 years tops. I am hopeful that this front vented model will fair better and last longer. I was very impressed with the weight of the door and overall durability of the unit..

Our pantry was designed around this refrigerator. We have had it for around 5 months and no problems. It is quiet and keeps the two different temperatures nicely.Would definitely recommend.
Worked fine for 1.5 years, now it doesn't work. Done. Broken.

As many note, the bottle capacity of all these coolers is overstated. We have had this unit now for 4 months, it works fine, it is quiet (but in a quiet house, it can be noticed). Here is what I wished I had paid attention to: the top area is the cooler area but it is perhaps only 1/3 of the total. So, if you are more interested in chilling whites, this is not a great choice. We now set the top to 45 and the bottom to 50 (as low as it goes) and use this mostly for whites. A couple pricier reds down in the bottom.
As an HVAC repair guy, I was happy to see a decent compressor running R600 refrigerant and triple evaporator fans. It pulls only 90 watts so electrical consumption is really not much. Otherwise, it’s well built and a quality item that I was happy to instal for our wine storing (and consuming!) pleasure.
Top area does not maintain 40 degrees when set. Temps are about 10 degrees higher than the setting. Looks great and seems well constructed and packaged well.
Love the looks. Fits nicely under my counter..Dual control temperature settings are great for reds and whites. Hope this is built to last longer than 5 years.
Like the cooler. Wished it had the blue interior lights on all levels. Had to adjust the pre-installed door to get level, but other than that, happy thus far.
Purchased 16 months ago and now the lower zone does not work. Call support and they emailed me to check the fans and sent a picture of the wrong model. I do not recommend you waste your money and on top if that their support is just basic.

I absolutely love my wine cooler. It works great!! Followed the directions and let it sit upright for about 48 hours before plugging in. Easy to assemble and set up. The settings are very easy to use and very easy to make adjustments as needed. Fits all my wine perfectly. I have had this for a few months now and it is by far my favorite birthday gift to date.
Nice unit and looks really sharp in my kitchen. Unfortunately after about 9 months I am noticing the temperature in the top portion fluctuate for no reason. I have the top part set to 40 and occasionally when I am walking through the kitchen I will see it up as high as 59 degrees. It slowly works its way back down to 40 but I am concerned that it doesn't maintain the temp.Could be as simple as a thermostat but no reply from Phiestina yet.
