Five stars given because of my experience with Tylza's excellent customer response time and resolution to a problem with my refrigerator. We've owned the 24" refrigerator for almost 2 years. The frig was quiet and never had any issues. However, this month we returned from vacation and noticed the temperature display was just room temp, i.e. no cooling.
I contacted Tylza's customer care and received a response within a day. They asked me to do a few inspections, send some pictures and verify when I had purchased the unit. After determining the problem was nothing I was doing incorrectly and might be due to a loss of refrigerant they offered to send me a replacement unit even though the unit was sold with a one year warranty. Although I'm not sure if I'll try to fix the original unit, I couldn't be happier with their prompt responses and offer to correct the problem!
